These Terms govern your use of EyeLine (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you obtained the app through the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these Terms, Apple's terms control.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use EyeLine on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial content you create. Free updates are included for the life of the product.
Anything you write in EyeLine and any video you record with it is entirely yours. We claim no rights to your scripts or footage, and we never receive or access them — they stay on your Mac.
EyeLine, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the app, not ownership of it.
EyeLine is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying your own recordings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any lost recordings, data, or profits, arising from your use of the app. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Purchases made through the Mac App Store are subject to Apple's refund process. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.
We may update these Terms; the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your developer's state/country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email [email protected].
