EyeLine (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a Mac application that displays your script as a teleprompter and records video locally on your device. This policy explains how the app handles information.
None. EyeLine does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Specifically:
EyeLine requests access to your camera and microphone for a single purpose: to record your own video, on your device, when you press Record. This footage is written directly to your Mac and is never streamed, transmitted, or accessed by us. You can revoke access at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Microphone.
Everything stays on your Mac: scripts in the app's local storage, recordings in your Movies folder. Because nothing is sent to a server, there is no data for us to access, retain, or lose.
EyeLine does not include third-party SDKs, analytics, or advertising. If you purchased the app through the Mac App Store, Apple processes your payment under Apple's Privacy Policy; we never receive your payment details.
EyeLine is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the revised version here.
